This is a landscape image taken in Yellowstone National Park with my first DSLR camera. I was walking along the boardwalk near Grand Prismatic Hot Spring, and the lighting was epic as the rest of the people in my group walked ahead of me. The resulting image gave me so much excitement and motivation to continue to develop my skills as a photographer.

Another image taken with my first DSLR. This was taken during a visit with my younger cousins, who were originally posing for the photo with my twin sister. The three of them burst into laughter as the youngest one tackled the other two, making a wonderful joy-filled photo.
